COSORI TURBO BLAZE! THE ABILITY TO COOK WITH A PIECE OF ART
Without a doubt, the bestest air fryer I’ve ever seen or used. Cosori has figured out the formula for putting design and function in one beautiful air fryer. I did a heap of research after my last unit (not a Cosori) bit the dust, just after the warranty did the same. I decided on the Turbo Blaze after reading customer reviews, Consumer Reports, and Good Housekeeping. Size is perfect, and the well lighted control panel is very easy to read. I have done tatertots to crispy perfection in 14 minutes, mouthwatering grilled asparagus in 7 minutes, and barbecued chicken in just under 22 minutes…juicy and crispy. I have used my Turbo Blaze almost every day, but the items I mentioned were repeat favorites. The ceramic grate lifts out and is the requires only as rinse. The drawer needs just a damp towel, although both pieces are dishwasher safe. The glass top wipes off without spotting. It does not have a window, but I found that watching food cook was like watching paint dry. Cosori has included a well thought out cookbook with a chart for everyday basics. They have done their work so you can have the enjoyment. This is a great addition to any kitchen, whether to give or receive. Love it!I will add that I’m a former chef with 38 years experience…now retired and cooking for one, maybe two. If a septuagenarian can use this, the younger generations will find it a breeze. This review is mine. I have not been asked to promote the air fryer, and am not getting anything in return…other than the ability to make great dishes in a minimal amount of time with little cleanup.Pros: Easy to read programming screen Six quart capacity Use preset cooking times or enter your own time and temp manually No annoying buzzer when it’s finished cooking. Great “chime” sound. Extremely quiet. Even when the fan is operating at full speed it’s easy to have a conversation in a normal voice. Easy to clean with a damp cloth. Basket and grate are dishwasher safe. Cooking time can be paused in order to check ingredients or to add something.Cons? No window in basket. No big deal. Does not have a “shake food” feature. I saw no need for this. Tater tots and sausages came out perfectly without shaking the basket.

Awesome air fryer. Worth it
I’ve really enjoyed how this air fryer cooks. It is so convenient and quiet. It’s my first air fryer so don’t have much to compare to, but the size is good, cooks things in a great amount of time, is easy to clean. I use it almost daily and has helped speed up cooking and have had no issue with it. I’ve owned it for about 5-6 months now

Great air fryer and company
I absolutely love this air fryer and use it almost everyday. I don’t use any appliances with teflon so was very happy to hear that they changed to a ceramic coating. It cooks so much faster than my old air fryer and the capacity is awesome. The display is easy to read and very intuitive. Super easy to clean and customer service is quick and efficient. I bought mine when they were transitioning to ceramic so some still had the other coating. They were very helpful in looking up my air fryers Serial number to make sure I had received one with the ceramic coating. Quick and efficient. I highly recommend both the Turboblaze and the company.

Best invention since sliced bread. We use the microwave as a breadbox now.
I am not able to do a lot of cooking anymore, but my husband hasn’t retired and is a HungryMan.Any thing that can help is appreciated, and this machine has been a lifesaver. It is so fast, and so easy, and to put it simply, this air fryer makes delicious, beautiful meals at the push of a button. My husband even uses it! That feels like a small miracle in itself. His favorite so far is grilled cheese and ham.Yesterday I made Sea-Pak popcorn shrimp in 8 minutes.I really like the PreHeat feature; it knows how long it needs to be to PreHeat for whatever temperature I plan to use. And in the box with the machine is a cooking times chart, and a recipe book,But I don’t get hung up on any of those details because it is really just a table top mini-oven that does everything from rotisserie and bake, to roast, broil and air fry.I purchased air fryer oil; every thing needs a spritz before cooking,For sandwiches we use butter or mayo, depending on what flavor we want, and usually use the Broiler setting. The most important thing is not to be afraid of this wonderful machine…just go crazy and let your food-freak flag fly!Tips: Do not put a paper liner in the basket during PreHeat. Also, PreHeating is always a good idea for frozen foods, but not always necessary for other foods.Almost everything needs to be flipped during cooking. I made Crackel Barrel biscuits (oh my gosh!) and waited until they looked golden brown, then flipped and baked for another couple minutes so they would not be doughy underneath. This machine makes gorgeous chicken, but I have learned to let the chicken get room temperature before cooking, and that just because it is browned and beautiful on the outside, doesn’t mean it is cooked through. Flip, cook, then Check and double check. We use this machine several times a day, so we go through a lot of paper liners.Being able to put the two parts in the dishwasher is awesome. And another really handy thing I have discovered is that Air Fryers have become so popular, most frozen foods packages have Air Fryer cooking times right on the package! This machine is so amazing, I bought another one for my mom.UPDATE: My frail 87 year old mom used her new machine yesterday for the first time. She made beautiful salmon cakes. That takes me back!! She said, “You’re right, it’s so easy.” She also said this air fryer is really going to help her keep her and my stepfather fed. Makes me so happy.

Great Air fryer
I purchased this Cosori air fryer on the recommendation of my 90 year old neighbor and I absolutely love it! It’s easy to use, not too big or cumbersome. The basket is super easy to clean too. Everything cooks up nicely and quickly. Comes with a recipe book and they also have an online forum for even more recipes to try. Would definitely recommend this air fryer.

Game Changer for Quick, Healthy Meals
This COSORI air fryer has completely transformed the way we cook! The 6-quart size is perfect for our family of three — we can easily make full meals or large batches of sides without crowding the basket. What I love most is how fast and even it cooks. Whether we’re air frying veggies, crisping up frozen foods, or even baking, everything comes out perfectly. The TurboBlaze feature is no joke — it heats up quickly and cuts down cook time significantly. The controls are super intuitive and easy to use, and I appreciate the wide range of cooking functions (air fry, roast, broil, bake, etc.). It even came with a recipe book that gave us great ideas for getting started.Cleaning is also a breeze. The basket is nonstick and dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup quick and painless.Highly recommend this air fryer if you want something powerful, sleek, and family-friendly. It’s officially earned a permanent spot on our countertop!

just…..WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!
recently hubby saw a reel of a guy cooking a steak from frozen in an air fryer, so we tried it, with me thinking “yeah, it’s gonna come out like hot garbage”…but it DIDN’T! they were totally AWE-MAZING! that started this journey…the problem was that the 2 Tbone steaks were frozen in 1 package, and they BARELY fit in my old air fryer so I cut off the corners to make them fit…that set me on a search for a larger air fryer, so I did a lot of research and the Cosori TurboBlaze had overwhelmingly phenomenal reviews, so I bought it…it just arrived earlier today, and as per usual, I didn’t take anything out previously to defrost for dinner, so being that the frozen steaks came out so good, I had hubby take out 4 frozen chicken thighs from those prefrozen bags from Walmart, and again, I didn’t have really high hopes…all I did was oil the frozen thighs lightly, seasoned both sides with bbq rub and put them in my new Cosori air fryer @ 360F for 25 minutes…half way through I opened the basket to turn them, and OMG, they were brown and crispy on the one side…I flipped them and finished the air fry cycle, and I am going to tell you that, hands down, these were the juiciest, crispest chicken thighs I have EVER cooked! no muss, no fuss! and best of all, dinner was done in 25 minutes without previous planning, with the most minimal effort I’ve ever put forth! I have tried for so many years to get crispy skin on chicken but always fail, it always comes out rubbery…not this time! I used my old smaller air fryer to do up the baked Yukon Gold potatoes…I microwaved them for 3 minutes to slightly precook, oiled them up, lightly salted them, and air fried them…what a great dinner with so little effort! I can’t recommend the Corsori TurboBlaze air fryer enough! I saw a recipe for dinner rolls on the Cosori website recipe section, and I’m going to give them a shot soon…I LOVE THIS AIR FRYER!!!!!!!!! I am going to buy 2 more for my boys for Christmas gifts, I’m sure they will be as thrilled as I am!

Greatest Kitchen Appliance ever!
This is my very first air fryer and I’ve had it for two weeks now and I have cooked in it every single day. I’m like everyone else, chicken wings and french fries but that’s only because I’m new to this. I’m going to branch out and find some recipes online and try a couple in the cookbook that came with the air fryer. I absolutely love it and I know once I try various different recipes. I’m going to love it even more. 09/14/25 it’s been a month and it’s really easy to use and I’ve branched out a lot. It has saved me money because I don’t go out and get fast food anymore like hamburgers and chicken wings and french fries I cook all of that at home and not only saves me money but it saves me time and running somewhere or even cooking. It saves heating at my house. It saves on the electricity bill, cause I don’t have to heat up my electric stove anymore. I’ve got several recipes lined up that I’m gonna try, but I have already branched out and I’m so used to it. I rarely even look at the times on the recipes because I can pretty much gauge it myself. This is the best kitchen appliance ever. I’m usually on top of new things that come out and I don’t know why this took me so long. I’m just grateful I know it now. If you don’t have an air fryer, you don’t know what you’re missing in life.

The UI could be better.
While I’ve only had it a week, and it has performed well, I’ve run into one a quirk that makes me ding it a spot, and that is a lack of memory., when switches mode. If I want to use it to dry, I have a set temperature range. After I selected a specific temperature, I went to preheat at that temperature, the range changed, and my selected temperature was no longer available. When I preselected dry, the default temperature was reestablished, and I needed to readjust it again.Update: After a few weeks, it continues to perform. My only complaint is one that I was warned about air fryers, the bottom plate tends to fall out when trying to dump the cooked food, last time burning my hand. While I’d still buy it again, I’d be more careful with food handling, going forward. My last cook was chicken wings, which was top on my list for buying a fryer. They came out excellent, but more tender than I expected, even though they were cooked through. Your mileage may vary.My second issue is the lack of an auto repeat on the increase and decrease buttons. Being I programmer, I have instituted this feature in bariatric medical equipment, where large large ranges must be navigated. This is so easily accomplished, and multiple level rate changes work well, dependent on the length of time the button is held. While these are minor complaints, these are so obvious of omissions, I must ding it a point.
